I stayed at this hotel for business trip, it was a really nice stay. Location: the venue was right by shopping centers, shopping stores and fast food convenience and restaurant around. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

Price, probably as clean and "luxurious" as you can expect for the money.
Hotel does not offer wireless internet, contrary to their listing. The cleaning staff of this hotel has no regard for the guests. I was working 3rd shift while I stayed in the hotel. I got to the room at 5:00am, hung out the Do Not Disturb sign, and went to bed. I was awakened around 10:30am by a knock on the door, "Housekeeping", and the door opening. Thank goodness I had thrown the inner latch, and so much for the sign. I made it back to sleep and was again woken up by the same routine at about 11:00am. I was just getting back to sleep some 20 minutes later when the phone woke me up. It was the lobby, stating that housekeeping “needed” my used towels and asking if I could put them outside the door. I told them I would do it later and attempted to get back to sleep, but by now it was impossible, with the sounds of cleaning carts rumbling by and walkways being hosed down. I decided to shower and get the heck out so housekeeping could get in and get out. As I was getting into the shower I again heard the knock of some inconsiderate worker who “needed” dirty towels. I left for an hour and a half. When I got back, no one had been in my room. I flagged down one of the housekeepers and sat in my car for another half an hour as I waited for her to get to and make up the room. Check out time is 11:00am, and as I was getting my things together at 10:50 on my final day, the same knocking routine played out, again in spite of the do not disturb sign.

The room was well-kept, cozy bed, and free Wi-Fi was available.

Excellent location. Near freeways and within striking distance of LA and Orange County.
Advert clearly says "Wifi available throughout the hotel", but one of the revolving family members in the lobby told me that they do not have wifi in the rooms, only the lobby. At check in I had to wait for 10 minutes, periodically ringing the office lobby buzzer, until "Mom" stuck her head out the side door and yelled in Spanish for her daughter to come down and take care of the guest. My key card became "unprogrammed" every day after the housekeeping staff did their thing. Had to go to the office to get it redone, every day.

I was pleased with the location and how the shopping centers were near by and or some walking distance. It is only 8 minutes from Uptown Whittier (driving) which is the Bar/Club area where mainly I stayed for to go to that weekend I was there. I liked the spacey room and I loved the tub and comfortness of it. I liked the structure of the building, very cozy looking. :) I also liked the much available parking.
I didn't like I had to call two times to have the front staff send someone to bring me additional pillows, blanket & towels as I had requested for from the moment I booked my reservation online, and once I was there, I requested all that, and had to call again to get it sent to my room. :/ Also, the room I was in, the sink cap was broken and it was stuck so the water wasn't draining. I had to pull it out. I know it's a minor thing, but staff should check on everything before the guests arrive and then find out something is damaged and incovenience to perhaps move the guest to another room once you've made yourself comfortable already :/
